Can now open the front door without Steve McQueen making a dash for it! So much easier for greeting people/taking a parcel delivery. Bit concerned it might rust as it's rainy here. Might paint with railings paint to offer it bit more protection but it looks fine. Coukd have fit a wider space as actually had a spare add on bit left over. Came promptly and well packaged and was easy to assemble. Not as sturdy as the white kitchen gate I have that uses spanner to tighten but definitely adequate. Would buy again 💯. All parts were there. Good value for money!

Really is a nice gate. I would recommend using a screw in the middle to prevent flexing. As I had mine maxed out in distance. It's not terrible. But it is enough that my dog pushed it enough that the gate opened. It is a pretty wide opening to be perfect. Might be beneficial for the manufacturer to include a small L-shaped bracket to secure the center to the floor.
