Really sturdy item, great detailed instructions but the spring on the gate is very strong. We let it slip accidentally and the plastic handle snapped. It does some with one set of spares but really the handles should be a different material

Extremely frustrating to find that an essential part is missing: the lower connector, as shown in picture. Can't get hold of seller as Amazon are selling this (or for some reason). Can't get hold of Amazon to discuss and their automated bot will only give me option to send the whole thing back. I don't have the time or energy to take everything apart and repackage as the gate is needed now and I've already put it up with great difficulty. If all the pieces had been there, it would have been 5* as it is a good product, well designed and easy to install.

This doesn’t return like described- auto roller. Have to roll back by hand. Pointless. It’s unlocked and open like instructions say. No resistance on pulling out so it’s faulty surely? Tried to research videos online. It’s faulty I’m working it correctly. Contacted customer service and no real help. Return it…. Wait at my cost and I have only the return option that has to be printed. We don’t have a printer or computer anymore. Why no drop off option? Amazon is getting worse like eBay for returns. Not good. Hopefully the seller may contact me. Update. They did and said it’s faulty. They said buy another and it’ll work. If not they’ll refund me. No I’ve paid once I’m not buying another. Then it was buy another and we’ll refund you!! What?? If that’s the case then sent it out as the replacement free. Not happy and not buying from this seller again. So much for Prime membership and service. Each time I try to post a video or send to seller it’s too large a file. I’m only showing the faulty roller.

Wir haben das Treppenschutzgitter am Treppenaufgang montiert um unsere Hunde davon abzuhalten nach oben zu laufen. Das Treppenschutzgitter ist leicht zu montieren. Schrauben sind dabei, meiner Meinung nach keine gute Qualität. Die 8 erforderlichen Schrauben habe ich aus meinem Fundus genommen. Die Halter wo das ausgezogene Treppenschutzgitter eingehakt wird ist aus Kunststoff, mal sehen wie lange die halten. Die Funktion ist gegeben und es sieht gut aus.
