I use this to keep my doggos in, when going out the front door, to stop them running out. It is easy to use and easy to put up. It’s very sturdy and has a lock button so even if you lean on it, it doesn’t open further. It keeps my dogs in and safe and isn’t an eyesore.

Easy to install. Looks great in the grey and simple to lock or unlock. Folds neatly away. One year old grandson just learning to walk so using this to keep him in one room when needed. It's doing the job so far. My Jack Russell not too happy if she's shut out though!! Recommend it for toddlers anyway. Not sure I would trust this type of gate at top of stairs hence 4 star rating.

We wanted to try a gate for upstairs that goes between the stair post and the edge of a doorway so we tried this one. I have to say we are well impressed with the quality and the ease of installation. Installation is easy as you have a template provided for positioning of the holes to drill for the fittings you then screw the fittings in and attach the gate. Took about 10 mins. A massive plus is that you get a second set of fittings so you can unclip the gate and move it to another part of the house if you need to As for the function, it pulls out and retracts smoothly and quietly and once hooked in, you toggle the lock switch and it's stays solid and tight. I was worried that once locked in the screen may sag a little but this isn't the case. I can't reccomend this gate enough, it's way better than the normal gates and it's worth having to drill into walls to install.

The media could not be loaded. I've got 2 boys who have both just started climbing the stairs. Yes I have my hands full! I've had this gate up for 3 days now and it's doing its job keeping them off the stairs! I didnt put it up as the wall needed drilling so had my brother came out and did it for me. It took him about 30 mins. he's a perfectionist. so I would say its pretty easy to install. Ive had lots of different safety gates in my time. My favourite being the folding one. Thought I'd try this as it looked more appealing than my previous folding one and went with my grey colour scheme in the hallway. It's very easy to use but is taking a bit of getting use to when opening and closing it. I'm not sure how long it will last as doesn't seem as sturdy as my previous ones, but that's probably because of the mesh and I'm sure it's just as sturdy.

I bought this to stop my dog from going upstairs but he just lifts it from underneath and up he goes. It was easy to put up and easy to use. It's also good quality but it doesn't do what I'd hoped.

Got it for the top of stairs to keep baby safe. Live in a tiny house and my staircase is very narrow so needed a retractable gate, this seems great quality for the price. Thinking about getting another to stop baby crawling into the fireplace around the stove. Getting it in and out of the hooks is a bit finicky but I can live with that

Very unhelpful installation instructions and hard to install on your own. Also pretty cheaply made, doesn’t retract well and also gets tangled. If it wasn’t so much effort to install I would take it down and send it back. I know there’s a lot of positive reviews which lead me to buy it but just get a cheaper one this one isn’t more special or any better it’s just expensive crap

Endlich hat mal jemand beim Produktdesign und dem Käufererlebnis mitgedacht! Die Montage ist denkbar einfach und (außer man hat eine Rauputzwand) sehr schnell und präzise zu Bewerkstelligen. Zuerst einmal an die zukünftige Position halten, dann die untere Halterung montieren - dazu ist ein Klebeband auf dem Halter, mit dem an einer glatten Wand das Anzeichnen erleichtert wird. Nach der Montage des unteren Halters kann man mit dem oberen Halter ähnlich verfahren - zuerst das "Rollo" unten einklicken und oben gegen die Wand drücken, beim "lösen" beachten, das man nicht verrutscht - anzeichnen/bohren/schrauben und das Rollo montieren - für die Einhängeseite ähnlich verfahren. Für ggf. unterschiedliche Ansatzpunkte werden Abstandhalter mitgeliefert, die z.B. eine Sockelleiste ausgleichen. Ein sehr großer Vorteil ist der 2te Befestigungssatz mit dem das Gitter an einem weiteren Ort zum Einsatz kommen kann. Wir hatten vorher 2 Kindergitter, eines oben an der Treppe und eines unten, was vorallem preislich nicht zu unterschätzen ist. - Ob es die Halter einzeln zum Nachkaufen gibt kann ich nicht sagen, aber damit könnte man den Einsatzbereich noch erweitern. Das Kindergitter kann dann auf Spannung verriegelt werden wodurch es auch einem gegenkrabbeln standhalten sollte - unseren Hund hält das Gitter auf jeden Fall davon ab, die Stufen ins Obergeschoß zu nehmen. Ein weiterer Vorteil gegenüber Türgittern ist der geringe Platzbedarf auch im Geöffneten Zustand - nichts was irgendwo anders ggf. eine Tür oder den Weg versperrt. Hier gibt es also eine Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Das Treppenschutzgitter ist für uns perfekt! Es lässt sich leicht montierten und mit einer Hand öffnen und schließen und sichern. Wir haben es als Schutz für unseren Enkel angeschafft, er hat schon ordentlich daran geruckt aber es ist stabil geblieben. Super ist auch das es ein zweites Paar Befestigungen gibt. So kann man mit 2 Handgriffen das Gitter unten herausnehmen und im OG auch sofort wieder einsetzen wenn man mit dem Kind das Stockwerk wechselt. Sehr durchdacht und von und zu empfehlen!

Instruction de montage parfait, gabarit présent pour faciliter le montage même si je n’en ai pas eu besoin. Belle couleur (gris), beau produit en général. Se déroule et s’enroule parfaitement. Installer pour mon épouse assistante maternelle. Elle est ravie car en plus d’être jolie il est facile d’utilisation. Il peut même être retiré pour un temps (vacances sans enfants en bas âges) en ne laissant que les quatre supports (2x2) aux murs. À recommander.
