Fantastic! This baby gate is just so easy to install, so much better than drilling holes everywhere or trying to find a screwdriver. Everything you need is included in the package, all you may need is a pencil to mark out where you need to apply the adhesive padding. I purchased this gate to stop my pets from running riot around my house and destroying all of my furniture, it works really well although I wish I'd got one slightly taller to stop one of my dogs from jumping over the gate. It's just a blessing really not to have to worry bout leaving one room whilst my pets destroy another. I've since purchased another two of these because they are just so simple to install and use, I particulary like the way that the gate opens on either side as well as swinging back and closing on its own. I was a bit worried that my pets may get squashed by the automatic closing gate but it closes a lot more gently than it looks as well as stopping when it feels the slightest bit of pressure. Lovely!

Bought the gate with 2 additional extensions. The assembly was easy enough, even with the two extensions. The gate comes with stickers and little plastic shoes that are taped to the wall with the stickers. They stay there to make sure the gate stays in the original position and offer additional push/pull resistance: before the first install, you mark on the walls the position of the four round ends of the gate, and this is where you will put the plastic shoes, where the round ends will fit. To open the door, you need a thumb-like motion (like using a lighter) to unlock the gate, then you need to lift the gate to move it open. A slanted edge moves the door back into closed position, and the speed at which it happens is enough to lock it back. If you want to keep it open while you're moving stuff around, you'll need an object to keep the door put. Our 1 year old has shaken the door a few times in frustration, and it held. I'm happy with this purchase.

We bought this as our daughter has discovered the stairs and is becoming more adventurous. It took minutes to install and as you don't have to drill, shouldn't leave marks on the walls. You stick a soft pad to the wall which sticks to the bits that hold the gate in place. Everything is tightened with a tool that comes with the gate and the pressure keeps it in place. Our little one can't move the fate - through no lack of trying. This particular unit is very easy to.open. You have to pull a lock back and lift the gate to open. It's can be done with one hand. The gate we have elsewhere usually requires two hands, which can be a pain. This unit also has a sure shut function. The door basically closes when not held. It's ideal as it will allow you to forget to close of you're in a rush. Our only issue was that it makes a click noise when locked back in place, which could wake a sleeping baby. You can manually close it - it's much quieter. All in all, I would definitely reccomend. It's the safest gate we've seen, is easy to set up and use and isn't really an eye sore.

I'm not a fan of any baby gates - but they are a necessary evil so I won't give this one star even though I hate the fact I need it. As far as baby gates go, this is a really good one. The catch is easy to operate once you get used to it, but very difficult for a child to work - you have to pull the button and simultaneously lift the gate up. My 5 year old nephew went at it for a few minutes and struggled to do it even after I showed him how - so this gate is going to keep our 1 year old stumped for a few years yet! The auto closing feature is great, and as a "fail safe", even if you gently close the gate and don't let it click shut - it'll still stop a baby getting through as it drops into position and has to be lifted to open.

Does the job fine. For a cheap gate to keep your baby safe this is ideal. Easy to put up too once you figure out the slightly complicated picture instructions. However the self-closing mechanism is driving us (and probably the neighbours) crazy. It slams behind you with a big metallic crash and boing that rattles for a while and is incredibly annoying. We've had to put 3 gates from the lounge to upstairs and the sound of my 5-year-old crashing and boinging as she goes through each gate, grabs something from her room, then every gate slams again as she runs down the stairs is starting to lead me to consider getting new gates. We have one other style gate that doesn't self close and have never forgotton to close it when the baby is in that room, so perhaps consider getting one that doesn't self close if noise gets on your nerves!

ok i reviewed this before going mental as i thought it needed screw and stuff to attach to the wall. But you dont, i just didnt read the instructions properly. doh! we have it at the top of our stairs, its attatched using pressure not the screws. Its ideal, opens both ways and slams shut so no forgetting to close it. But it doesnt shut fully when it slams it can just close and not lock - however it is much much safer than the normal ones you close after. Would reccomend - and excellent price

Sehr stabiles Treppenschutzgitter. Es kam auch sehr schnell bei uns an. Die Schließfunktion finde ich sehr praktisch, wobei ich das Schließgeräusch an sich ziemlich laut finde (gerade Nachts). Dafür klappt es aber zuverlässig. Dadurch, dass das Gitter nur eingespannt und nicht verschraubt ist, hat man natürlich im Laufweg immer die Bodenschiene vom "U". Bisher hat sie mich jedoch noch nicht behindert. Ich würde dieses Gitter jederzeit wieder kaufen. Zusatz: Wir haben die Erweiterung dazugekauft und die Montage war nach einem Blick auf die Kurzbeschreibung auch problemlos. Außerdem verwenden wir das Gitter zusammen mit Wandschutz-Pads, was gut klappt. Man sollte allerdings bedenken, dass sich dadurch die Gesamtbreite nochmal minimal verändert und ggf. eine andere Erweiterung benötigt wird.

Muy fácil de instalar, sin tornillos, solo con presión, se ajusta con facilidad. El cierre automático de la puerta funciona muy muy bien, se cierra con bastante fuerza. Es mejor soltar la puerta a un palmo de distancia que acompañarla hasta el cierre para que ella misma se encaje con fuerza. Hay que instalarla bien recta, y dentro del testigo rojo del cierre para que el auto-cierre funcione correctamente. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

Ce produit a été acheté avec deux ralonges Lindam sure shut. J'ai été d'abord suspicieux vis-à-vis de cette marque que je ne connaissais pas. Je l'ai finalement acheté en regardant les commentaires clients sur amazon. A réception, le montage a été facile (15 pour tout monter et poser). La notice est claire et compréhensible. Le produit est costaud et semble solide. Cela fait déjà une semaine que nous l'avons posé et il n'a pas bougé ! (pourtant en fixation collée sans chevilles dans les murs) Le serrage rapide à vis maintient l'ensemble fermement. Mon fil à empoigné la barrière pour la secouer et ça ne bouge pas. (je l'ai fait aussi pour tester et il faudrait y aller tellement fort qu'un enfant en serait incapable) La porte revient seule comme ça pas d'oublie ! Le système possède une double sécurité : pousser le clip avec le pouce et lever la porte : le tout se manipule d'une main même avec bébé dans les bras. Bref, je recommande ce produit. Pour le prix c'est imbattable.

Consiglio di seguire i disegni (le istruzioni in italiano non ci sono) e l'allineamento avviene unicamente tirando le viti di fissaggio alla porta.
